High CPU load of BBS plugin

Somtimes when sychronizing BBS channel, CPU load is 100%.

Add scroll bar to attachment panel and limit its size

See attach file what viewer will be when there is lots of attachments... and I suggestion change the text "Attachement for bbs post" to "Attachment" or "attach" for short

[Crash] Delete folder when synchronizing

Step: 1) Setup a channel and start synchronizing its folder. 2) Delete this folder. 3) Clear "Deleted Items". Result: crash

[bug] uninstalling a plugin twice

Step: 1) In Options->Plugins panel, when you Uninstall a plugin, its state becomes "Uninstalling". (Expected) 2) When you Uninstall the same plugin again, its state becomes "Enabled". (Unexpected) ...
